Honey

The hives, placed near the olive groves, and surrounded by woods and fields are not chemically treated, are the perfect habitat for bees.

Sulla Honey

The sulla plant is the most important for the reclaiming of our clay soils, yet its fruit rich in water and sugar is wanted by the bees. From this combination of utility to man and goodies for a honey bees we get a  thick and golden honey, with a special scent.

Wild flower honey

We produce a small amount of honey called frutti del bosco “fruit of the forest”, produced by the flowers that grow spontaneously in the bushes of blackberries and currants of our forests.

Honey is available onsite at the farm.
